CHGN has two part-time members of staff at present, and a part-time director who volunteers his time. On top of this, we have a number of volunteers around the country who give their time around other jobs. With the number of opportunities increasing, CHGN needs to increase its capacity in order to not only build up momentum, but also to keep up with demand. Over the last 2 years, the team has been supported by volunteers offering anything from 2 to 20 hours a week, which has been so valuable.
