Changes in the burden of malaria in sub-Sahara Africa
The Lancet Infectious Disease journal August 2010 reviews 13 different peer-reviewed publications to identify common patterns in malaria prevalence and whether the various interventions introduced in this region was associated with reduction in malaria incidence and hospitalization rates. It also looks at other contributing factors to these changes in burden of malaria in Sub-Sahara Africa.
